Banned from talking to even my friends

The other day i was playing Rainbow Six, a team killer decided to provoke me in messages, which i stupidly responded to with a rude gesture. Later i went on Grand Theft Auto a guy was screaming down the headset a lot of profanities and blowing up my stuff....so
i called him an a**hole. I rarely engage with anyone but friends, so imagine my dismay and anger when i tried to party chat with them (we only communicate on xbox not facebook) and was banned.....

I understand maybe banning me from talking to randoms, but feel it is a little overkill to stop me speaking to people i know for 2 bloody weeks

I was banned from messaging and talking to my friends in a party chat and I will admit I did say some bad to a fellow player I would just to be removed from being banned

I got banned from talking in party chat due to calling someone a bad word even though they called me a bad word, someone help me get unbanned please?

 

The fact both games are for adults and i RESPONDED to online harrassment makes me feel xbox is supporting them.....countless times i have reported toxic activity and not even been looked into. My player status shows me in the green

to remain E for everyone. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block them instead of responding. The enforcement team does investigate every complaint they receive. So if you are reporting people, they are being looked into.
