Banned from social and multiplayer networks for no good reasons!

Hi.

Fisrt of all, I'm french so sorry for my grammar!

So to tell the story, I met someone several times on a Battlefied 1 game and he had really unfair gameplay. After 4 times I saw him playing like that I told him he wasn't in real life but in a game so he should stop being afraid to die. I told him it was
pretty much cowardly to run away behind a wall and crouch as soon as he meets an enemy. But he told to all his friend to warn support about me because I said that real snipers are gays. Wich I never said!!! And I got banned from social networks and 2 days
later from the multiplayer network. It's really unfair, I had a argue with a single person and I've been repported by a lot of people I've just never met!

And of course I missed the review application because of i'm french and I don't get every questions.....

Is that possible to do something for that? I mean getting unbanned to start and maybe do something to avoid that. It happened the same to a friend, he's been banned because he was a good player reported for cheating by a single player and his friends.

I got banned. Why?

I got banned from both social and ranked game modes, but i dont know why. Please reply and explain to me your reason for banning me for no reason.

Ban from Bioware forums

No I havent been banned from the online play thankfully and I was actually on the bioware social network forums

The enforcement team does not use these forums. The only place to contact them is via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if the ban is eligible. However if you did not pass the questionnaire you will have to wait to try it again. The enforcement
team investigates all reports and no one is banned for no reason.

Keep in mind that giving someone your account information does violate the code of conduct.

If you think your account has been compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

If you respond to someone in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

Best thing to do in that situation is to just report & block anyone sending insulting messages.

Hi there again,

a small update from my side. The manual port forwarding led to an open NAT, too. Testing the multiplayer connection in the X1's network settings, resulted in the following NAT-status: (...) not behind a Cone NAT. Sounds good, the NAT status is open. But
nevertheless, nobody hears me within games. Is there anything in the X1's settings I forgot to change? Every setting regarding social networking is "opened"...
