    I tried to send a message to a friend one day and got the red "Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages" text that blocked me from sending the message. I didn't think much of it, because I never message people on xbox anyway seeing as I have
    other ways of communicating with friends and I've had this problem for months now. Now I'm curious though as to why this might be the case, because the xbox enforcement page says that I have a perfect record and I think the last time I messaged anyone was
    in 2015. Even then, I think i might have sent a total of 5 messages at most in the past two years, so I'm wondering if this is an error on xbox's part? or if there was an event that happened in the past that I just simply forgot about. Either way I would like
    to know why I'm getting this message if xbox is telling me I have a perfect record and no evidence of a history of misconduct and I would like for it to be resolved.
