    Banned from sending messages with Good Reputation?


    I don't understand. Messaging was not working. I read that I should check enforcement and when I did it shows I have good reputation but was reported that I was a cheater twice. I don't even know how it would be possible to cheat. Why can't I send a
    message? Is it because I supposedly cheated? Is there someone to contact for this?

    Your rep has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.

    You can log in to the enforcement site to see any enforcement actions on your account & file for a case review if eligible

    Can't send messages, reputation is in good standing

    Go to
    https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
    look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

    If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

    Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
    Yes to confirm.

    Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.
