    Banned from sending messages to non-friends and i'm livid.


    As a big fifa fan and player, i've noticed that since i've become a good player at the game, my rep has gone down the drain. i skip the replays when i score, i very rarely rage, but it doesn't matter, because when you beat some people they can't let it go,
    and they "get back at you" by submitting a negative player review. Normally, i wouldn't give a crap since it didn't affect my gaming experience, but apparently it has. i notice on my account, since i reached 80% avoided, i can no longer send messages to non-friends
    on this profile.

    The fact that im suffering because of people abusing the review system has made me question whether or not i will even be purchasing an xbox one now, since this will 100% happen next year since i still plan on playing fifa. This needs to be resolved. i am
    not an *** who abuses games and treats people like crap, but i'm being treated like it by xbox now. this is pretty disappointing to be honest. not to mention that the whole thing is messed up because there is no way 80% of the people play avoid me. anyways,
    i just wanted to vent a bit as this is one of the dumbest things i've ever seen microsoft do.

    Not letting me send messages to friends or others...my account has nothing wrong with it and no I'm not banned from sending messages there are no restrictions on my account..

    Lately, I've notice an increasing amount of users having the very same issue as you've just described.

    I've spun this up to the escalation team at Microsoft/Xbox and I'll keep you informed, as soon as I hear from this team.

    i have the same problem lol got real good at world of tanks then suddenly start gettin bad rep from ppl mad that i killed them got 82 pct avoided now cant send messages. i tried to send a message to a random on my team saying nice shot and could not send

    Message limit?

    Notice that his question included "when I try to send a message to someone on my friend list from the website." He is trying to send a message to his friends, which sounds like a glitch to me. Quoting the rule about sending to non friends is irrelevant in
    this case unless he is mistaken about the person being on his friends list.
