Banned from posting Xbox live custom pictures

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as

What you can do if you have Kinect or a Xbox Live Vision Camera then you can take a custom pictures for your profile picture.

They are not banning you dont be afraid! Due to COVID-19, some features have been disabled because more people are looking for social connection via gaming and Xbox is seeing
record number across all services Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live and Mixer. To streamline moderation and to ensure everyone has the best experience when using Xbox services, these features have been disabled temporarily for the foreseeable future:

• Custom Gamer Picture
• Custom Club Pictures
• Custom Club Backgrounds

If you try and upload a custom picture you will see the error:

"Sorry, we can't upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while."

As I understand it, the only way to get a custom Gamertag picture is with either a Kinect or the older vision cam for Xbox 360. Your custom picture can only be seen by your friends though, everyone else will see the last official Gamer Picture you had.

Any other attempt to create a custom picture would be in violation of the ToS and would be grounds for a suspension/ban.

All purchased gamer pictures are linked to the account that the original Xbox LIVE customer that bought them. As long as the console that you're trying to move the gamer pictures to is authorized to use the gamer pictures from the original purchaser's account,
it is allowed.
