Banned from playing online for no reason.

Hello,

My other account was banned yesterday (28/09/16) for literally no reason. I am writing this report on a different account because I cannot access any features on the Xbox enforcement website and I cannot even log into my other account. My other account gamer
tag is: SLR626

I was issued a communications ban around the (14/09/16) i think which was for 2 weeks and I was un-banned yesterday. Barely 8 hours had passed and I was booted offline and handed another ban in which the reason was not specified. As I mentioned just now,
I cannot log into the enforcement website with the banned account to even view the ridiculous reason. I understand why I received the communication ban in which I have learned the lesson from, but this ban is totally invalid and makes no sense. After my brief
un-ban I did nothing that breached the Xbox live terms and condition and I did not behave badly or send any inappropriate messages. There is no valid evidence or reason to have banned my account from playing online as I did nothing wrong and I know for a fact
I have done nothing wrong. If someone could please take a look into this and un-ban my account that would be great.

The gamer tag that is banned is: SLR626

I am the rightful owner of that account. I'm not sure what other information is needed but I am available to be contacted on short notice.

The only people that can handle bans are the XBLPET (Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team) and the only way to reach them is through the Enforcement website. Unfortunately support can't help you with looking into the ban.

I suggest trying a different browser and possibly trying private browsing mode to try and sign into the Enforcement website. If you manage to sign in you can submit a case review if you believe the ban you have received was not legitimate
enforcement.xbox.com/.../howTo .

 

Okay thanks for the reply. As I explained in the initial post, I cannot sign into the enforcement website with that account at all. Ive tried multiple browsers, different internet connections and I have also tried the private browsing mode and I have tried
deleting history and cache and cookies and absolutely nothing seems to work. I want to file for case review but I cant because I cannot log in not matter what I try. I even spoke to Xbox live chat team multiple times and they told me to post here. Any suggestions?
