    So ive had the xbox one for a little under three years. In those three years ive gotten banned from partys atleast 5 times. It seems when i leave xbox for long periods of time it delivers me a chat ban but yesterday it was all good i could send party chat
    and stuff. I wanted to play rainbow 6 siege last night so i invited one of my friends to join my party he didnt join so i went and played fallout 4 for a while and go offline. Keep in mind that was the first day ive played in almost a week. I wake up this
    morning to find i have a party ban for no reason. Fix this because i did nothing wrong. I didnt play any online games or anything didnt talk to any people that day or the day before. If this doesnt get fixed soon im moving to playstion for good as they dont
    give me bans.

    does anyone know or could help me why I was banned from making partys or joining them and talking in game chat and for how long will I be temporarily banned thank you.

    Banned From partys

    Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time.Your suspension would of been for something you did weeks ago or even longer.

    It's extremely rare for any enforcement action to be issued instantly.

    You can go to the enforcement site
    here     to check any bans/suspensions on your account & file for case review if eligible.

    That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    Yes but it says i was cheating or tampering? You cant do either of those on the xbox one? But i was playing bo2 and a few games i started were modded. Giving me xp and kicking me from the game. I have no control over if i join these games or not. So it cant
    be that.

    Yes it can.

    Black Ops 2 is a xbox 360 game.Even though you are playing it on a xbox one you are actually playing the online on xbox 360 servers.

    Being caught in modded lobbies will lead to enforcement action.

    You'll never be given the name or gamertag of whom filed a complaint. The only way of getting any information in regards to your one day suspension is to post a thread on the forum the member above linked and a member of Enforcement will get back to you
    in time. After reading several threads in that forum you'll see that you'll receive nothing more than a generic monotonouse post with little explanation.

    Either way, I wish you luck in getting to the bottom of it though.

    If you're talking to friends over Live and you say something that would cause the enforcement team to ban you, then yes.
