banned from Parties?

ok so apparently ive had a 24 hour ban from xbox live parties because someone made a complaint against me? i would like to know who has made the complaint because i know for a fact i havent done anything wrong. i dont talk to anyone apart from my friends
on xbox so there should be no reason for anyone to make a complaint against me.

No one will tell you who filed the complaint. Just because you're in a party with friends, doesn't mean you're immune from the code of conduct.

 

i never said that i'm immune from the code of conduct, all i want to know is how i've violated the code of conduct when i havent sent any messages to anyone nor have i spoke to anyone else other than friends? it just doesnt make any sense to me

 

You still may have said something among friends that the enforcement team determined was a violation. You'd need to post here to find out why -

wait hold on, so because i use the kinect it picks up what i say around friends and then ban's me? so i cant even enjoy banter anymore?

 

If you're talking to friends over Live and you say something that would cause the enforcement team to ban you, then yes.

 

Breaking the code of conduct is never a joke as you have found out.

 

You'll never be given the name or gamertag of whom filed a complaint. The only way of getting any information in regards to your one day suspension is to post a thread on the forum the member above linked and a member of Enforcement will get back to you
in time. After reading several threads in that forum you'll see that you'll receive nothing more than a generic monotonouse post with little explanation.

Either way, I wish you luck in getting to the bottom of it though.
