Banned from Overwatch?

Hello,

Has anyone had any prior experience with somehow getting banned from Overwatch?

My account is in "Perfect Standing" with no enforcement taken on it, Blizzard support tell me to get in contact with xbox support but I keep going in circles with that virtual agent and no actual way of talking to a real human being.

Do you know a way I can get in touch with them, are their help lines useful? or is there a live chat alternative available?

Game specific suspensions are handled by the games publisher in this occasion it would be down to Activision Blizzard

Thank you for clarification,

I have just been sent around in circles by both sets of support staff, I think there was an issue with linking my account to the blizzard services which caused the problem with them not being able to resolve it.

Thanks for coming to the forums with this question. If you believe that you may have a ban or suspension on your account, then you would need to contact Xbox Enforcement byvisiting the Enforcement site here: https://enforcement.xbox.com.
Asthis is forum support, we wouldn't be able to assist further and sadly, Xbox Support would not be able to assist beyond referring you to Enforcement as well.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

Submitting a Case Review is easy, and can be accomplished in several steps:

Sign into enforcement.xbox.com with the account that received the enforcement action and select the large box with an
orange hammer icon, or visit your
Enforcement History.
Find the enforcement action that you wish to have reviewed, and select
Apply for Review.
Read the Case Review Terms of Use and agree by clicking the checkbox and selecting
Agree.
If you are already eligible for a Case Review, select the green arrow icon. If you are not yet eligible, you will be presented with a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding
of the Code of Conduct and associated policies. Upon successful completion of the questionnaire, select the
green arrow icon.
Provide any details (up to 500 characters) regarding the enforcement action that may help XBLPET conduct a more complete investigation. This may include context around the activity or content that received enforcement, information about your
game activity, or any other facts that you believe are worth noting. When complete, select
Submit.

You will have to work that out with Blizzard since it is an in game ban.

If it is an Xbox ban.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

It's not just that, but I got so angry at other players that I couldn't control myself and I have been hit with Communication Bans from the past and this whole thing is to be blamed on Overwatch Comp mode. I wouldn't be getting these past com bans otherwise.
All I know is that if my account was to be banned, then my gaming days would be over.

Competitive Play in Overwatch has always been blamed for affecting my account. When I got the communication ban, I was also kicked out of the Xbox Ambassadors Program, too. 2 months ago.
