Banned from Overwatch Competitive due to a bad connection

I contacted Blizzard first, but they sent me here. What happened was I was already in hot water with comp. I had left prematurely several times simply because i had other things i needed to do. After realizing I could and was close to getting banned, i decided
only to play when I know I had the time. Sometime last week, I joined a game but the connection was so bad it made the game unplayable. I couldn't walk anywhere and everything was extremely delayed. I had no other choice but to leave, only to find out i was
banned from comp. This was really upsetting, as I love Overwatch and had been playing constantly since release. Is there anyway the ban could be revoked? This ban seems a little unfair.

My console always disconnect from Xbox live

My console always disconnect from Xbox live while playing any game mode of Overwatch. The problem isn't from my internet connection since my ps4 never does that. Is it overwatch or my xbox the problem? I'm banned in competitive play for this season because
I'm always disconnected mid-game.

Overwatch banned for a week

I have been banned for a week from overwatch competitive play could you please fix this and give me a timer to know when I can get back thank you

I don't see why blizzard sent you here as you got banned by their anti cheating system. If you were banned from Xbox then you would need to submit a case review but seeing how it's Blizzard's game and they have banned your account on it it's their responsibility.

Maybe the Blizzard support agent just misunderstood you and thought you were saying you were banned on Xbox Live and that's why they sent you here. I suggest contacting them again clearly stating that you're not banned on Xbox live just on the Xbox version
of their game by their anti cheat system/leaverbuster

Well, in Overwatch, rage quitting in Competitive Play is bad. There are severe penalties if anyone quits that mode.

It does seem that game developers can actually avoid any dependencies on the xbox reputation system as show by halo mcc here:

www.halowaypoint.com/.../halo-community-update-8-21-15 (look under the cheating category). Blizzard should at least remove the penalty for bad reputation for competitive. I haven't even been able to play my placement matches due to getting bad rep prior
to competitive releasing for overwatch.

Due to so many people using your internet at the same time it is expected you will lag, I recommend that you don't play any competitive gamemodes as it's unfair for the teammates you play with and your account may eventually get banned from competitive due
to constant leaving.

It's not just that, but I got so angry at other players that I couldn't control myself and I have been hit with Communication Bans from the past and this whole thing is to be blamed on Overwatch Comp mode. I wouldn't be getting these past com bans otherwise.
All I know is that if my account was to be banned, then my gaming days would be over.

Competitive Play in Overwatch has always been blamed for affecting my account. When I got the communication ban, I was also kicked out of the Xbox Ambassadors Program, too. 2 months ago.
