    hello enforcement team at xbox i have been banned from online play today i was informed when i went to play xbox with my father. I rarely see him and I was going to play call of duty black ops 2 I was banned from talking online earlier this week . so I choice
    to play solo zombies on black ops 3 I admit I messed around with some glitches for fun but not inter-fearing with other peoples fun so please unsuspend me this is upsetting

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Keep checking enforcement.xbox.com to see if it updates there and file a case review if it ends up being eligible for one.

    I got banned from online play for no reason

    Due to a suspension I am not allowed to go on online play, change my prof pic, or communicate.

    length: 14 days

    I didn't do anything to get banned and i cant submit a case review because it doesn't show that I got banned, plus my rep is good. Is there anyway to fix this?

    For info on your ban/suspension you can go to the enforcement site
    here     where you can file for a case review if eligible.

    Intentionally using any types of glitches is not tolerated on xbox live whether its interfering with other people or not.

    Okay thanks for the reply. As I explained in the initial post, I cannot sign into the enforcement website with that account at all. Ive tried multiple browsers, different internet connections and I have also tried the private browsing mode and I have tried
    deleting history and cache and cookies and absolutely nothing seems to work. I want to file for case review but I cant because I cannot log in not matter what I try. I even spoke to Xbox live chat team multiple times and they told me to post here. Any suggestions?

    Hello

    The only people that can handle bans are the XBLPET (Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team) and the only way to reach them is through the Enforcement website. Unfortunately support can't help you with looking into the ban.

    I suggest trying a different browser and possibly trying private browsing mode to try and sign into the Enforcement website. If you manage to sign in you can submit a case review if you believe the ban you have received was not legitimate
