    my account was banned for 17 days. This lad made a racial comment to me in chat and I cussed him out with a few names. Granted my words were the least of what he deserved, I have read and I understand the code of conduct and I should of just reported him
    and blocked him. Instead he reported me. When my ban started off my statement said I was banned from communicating with other people. For the first 2 and a half days I was able to join parties and hear people talking but not talk to them. I can get messages
    but not reply. And I could join friends playing games. Mass effect, fifa clubs, rocket league.. I submitted my account for review. I've never been "banned" before and am a very very long time customer. Not only was my ban not lifted, cut in half, reduced,
    nothing.. it appears not that I've logged on, I can't hear people anymore, I can't join games, pro clubs says I don't have permission, rocket league says choose something else to do, your behaviour won't let you do this..

    I never want to get banned again. I want to just ahut my mouth and play with my friends and not risk it. But not only is this ban disproportionate, it's not even accurate now. I was on live tech support and had 3 different people tell me that I should not
    have issues, my ban does not involve these functions.

    And how is it a credulous company like Microsoft doesn't allows it's paying customers to communicate correctly with the department that established my ban was adequate.

    It would seem to me this subject should be sent to the enforcement team, and they themselves need to be held accountable to the people who help pay their bills. I would appreciate some help with this, thank you.

    Xbox enforcement could be a bit more professional

    Hello i was banned for hassment abuse & threatening. but i did not i have a communication banned. so how could i harass someone when i dont have the feature to message people. this report happened 3 days after my communication banned. i wasnt online until
    3 hours after i got notified for harassment abuse. plus theres no evidence of me abusing or threatening anyone. xbox enforcement team please review my case again

    Xbox enforcement could be a bit more professional

    the same happened to me, i was comm banned and then a week later i was banned for harassment, abuse and threats makes no sense

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

    24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

    Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    For further information on how Enforcement is done click HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
    complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
    the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    Notify R* immediately. Check your bank account at an ATM to see if it reflects you getting a large sum of money. If it does, check your socialclub stats and see if you have a big revenue from "gifted/received" cash. If you can see evidence of this, most
