Banned from multiplayer privileges

I got banned from multiplayer and do not know why. Xbox technical support and EA support can not help me and told me to post a message on here to get more information.

I don't know what i did wrong as I was just playing a round of conquest on BF 1 and after logging off I was not able to play anymore. Only thing I know is the ban is until 1 March. Really unacceptable and i require an explanation.

Look at the white privilege work. Banned 100 times yet no ip ban yet. A POC would have been ip sniped 99 bans ago.

Xbox one communicatuon privileges ban

Hi, I was recently banned from my communication privileges I believe yesterday. I say this because I received a message from xbox live at 23:52 but it didn't say anything I was just wondering if you could tell me how lon my communication privileges are banned

Because that's the way enforcement deals with bans. You are cut off from all the privileges of online communication when you get banned.

Internet Expert

Typically, new changes to your Gold subscription status may not be immediately seen by your Xbox.

Give your Xbox console a proper
power cycle and see if that helps.

To do a speed test -

Dashboard

Scroll right to system settings and press A

Choose network settings

Select test XBL connection

Select yes

Wait for the test to finish

If you connect fine then you've done a speed test successfully

If you fail to connect keep trying until you do
