Banned from mixer

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At this time, however, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team for Mixer here on the forums. I recommend trying to
Contact Mixer directly for more info on why they issued an enforcement action to the account. Generally speaking you should also view their
Terms of Service to get an idea as to why they might've issued the enforcement action.

At this point and time, we will be locking this thread as there are no other resolutions for this issue.

If it is not a ban from Mixer as they say, you'll need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if it is a Live ban.

I have found that Mixer is a very friendly environment, and far less toxic than other streaming sites. It's integration with Xbox is super convenient.

If you're receiving bans on Xbox, visit the enforcement page (enforcement.xbox.com) for more info.

If you're receiving bans from Mixer specifically, you may want to look into their customer service.

He already contacted Mixer Support. The entire conversation he posted is with Mixer Support, they're telling him that he isn't banned on Mixer, and that the screenshot he showed is an Xbox Live ban.
