hello i was on live chat and the agent i was talking to was called nace. He told me to come here to sort this issue, badically he said because people have been reporting me im unable to talk or send messages and also go on my apps, he said i can get this
lifted if i come here, please help

Banned

I was banned from messaging and talking to my friends in a party chat and I will admit I did say some bad to a fellow player I would just to be removed from being banned

I got Banned for harrasment even though my account was banned from messaging 2 days later

My account got banned two days later after being banned from messaging then I got banned for harassment and I cant go on xbox live even though when I was reported I was asleep

Your support agent has to be misinformed since only XBLPET has the ability to ban and unban people, support agents do not have this ability.

I am starting to think xbox ban bot is bugged because anyone using xbox live messaged that are nevrr toxic or saying anythinf bad are getting banned rn. I got banned for talking about a mechanic in a game I was playing. I can only guess this though, because
there was no reason listed as to the ban.

they are rules to joining xbox live and xbox does not tolerate any unappropriated communication towards other players.its definable normal to trash talk on mic but once you go on a personal message its easy to ban since the message is coming from you

To anyone reading this, don’t ever message anybody on live. Only talk to close friends. Xbox lives enforcement team is a joke at best. This is the 5TH EXTRA SUSPENSION IVE RECEIVED SINCE MY FIRST & RIGHTFUL BAN. ALL 5 ARE NOT DESERVED. Nor may i contact
anyone to fix the problem. Gonna cancel my account. Microsoft will never get business from me again after 9 loyal years. Clowns.
