Banned from live until 12/31/9999

Step one I don't care who you are you don't ban someone's account without contacting them and asking for their side of a story, after being accused by some random bum of violating terms of service. Step two you're not a black ops team get a grip and get
a 1800 number for customer service problems like these... After all it is 2015. Ive been a customer of the xbox live service since 2001 in case you can't do math that's 14 years, and I I've never had any suspensions banned accounts or even any negative reports
on me. I want to know what I'm accused of and I want to see what whack evidence you were given to even ban my account. And if my account is gonna stay banned.. I spent money to build an ultimate team in Madden 15 that I can no longer play now due to this.
With that being said I want a full refund for every single purchase I made on that account no excuses plain and simple.

My Gamertag is Do Not Troll, I have recently been susspended from XBOX Live until 12/31/9999, can I get a reason why I was banned please?

only place to find out why you were perm banned (that's what a year 9999 one is) is to post here:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx but they will only post a cut and paste general answer why you were banned. and when you are banned you forfeit any and all content bought. you will get no refunds on bought stuff when an account is banned. you can still use
the content as long as it stays on the console that downloaded it, but if you ever delete said content or change consoles you would not be able to get it back unless you buy it again sorry.

davemcfly85 is correct what he said. I also wanted to add that the PET do not arbitrarily ban people without first doing a proper investigation. If you post in the link provided and do not get a reply be sure to check your forum pm's or email associated
with the posting account as they will sometimes reply there.

yeah this happen to me to i got marketplace theft and i got banned untill 12/31/9999 thats got to be a mistake
