    Banned from Halo 5 for winning a game?


    Hey microsoft, unfortunately I have to ask you guys this question bc 343 doesn't have a support number and aren't good at responding to forum posts.

    I was playing halo 5 not but five minutes ago (Specifically Griffball) And the instant the "Victory" screen shows up i get disconnected and banned for TWENTY FOUR HOURS. I don't know what happened and I know I didn't quit the game. Was this a mistake on
    your end? You probably won't do anything about this but I don't think I deserve a 24 hour ban for winning a game.... I can also say that previously I have quit games but I haven't done so in a LONG while so unless they decided to ban me right off the bat I
    don't know how this could have happened especially with their "3 strikes and you're out" system. Overall I think 343 needs to get their system fixed. It bans people without reason and they refuse to fix it because they believe it actually helps. It doesn't.
    It makes me not want to play the game especially after 24 hour ban its ridiculous

    This has been happening for 3 days now...

    Even if I win a WZFF... I don't receive anything besides daily rewards and commendations... Please help!

    im posting regarding to past enforcements on my bhup account and i was wondering why i couldn't review my case because i wanted to become a xbox ambassador. the past two times i was banned was mostly caused by winning in halo 5 and people reporting me and
    destroying my rep on xbox live and it would be very much appreciated if i could have the false accusations removed from my account (bhup)

    The game bans people for quitting, not for winning. It sounds like you got disconnected and unfortunately the game doesn't differentiate between the two. It usually only happens if you quit games frequently though, not after just one time. If you have a
    bad connection well, you're kind of ***. I'm pretty sure Microsoft can't do anything about this, it would be up to 343 but like you said they aren't very helpful.

    No. You need a XBOX ONE to stream XBOX ONE games. But there is been talk in the future bring HALO 5 to WIN 10 in the future. But no truth to it yet.

    Likelihood of Having a XBox One Bundle/Console for Halo

    Maybe next year when Halo 5 guardians comes out we will see a Halo themed console and game bundle. The game will be exclusive to the Xbox One and after the whole Fiasco with Halo MMC being broken at release they will no doubt would want to win back the fan
    base.

    This connection is too slow to play halo 5 multiplayer. Try hardwire from router to xbox or u will keep receiving the Ban Hammer!
