Banned from games while also communication banned?

Ok, I have been banned a few times before, and that is every time for trash talking. I fully acknowledge that and take responsibility. However, I was recently banned, and have been using a secondary account to just talk to my friend and have recently been
banned from playing online. It says I have been engaged in harassment, abuse, or threats towards other players. Very curious as to how this could be considering I've only talked to my friend since 3 days prior to the ban, and have only been playing the game
dead by daylight. I do not cheat or troll or do any such thing that could in any way affect other gamers performance in a game. I merely stick to party chat and messages. The customer support is honestly a joke and I have not been able to file a case review.

how can i get communications banned while im already serving a communication band

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

Investigations take time so suspensions are not issued at the same time as the action takes place. Your suspension could be for something that took place weeks ago.

 

I've never done anything else related in the category such as briefing or trolling, or extortion and threats. I don't make threats. Only insults. And it's quite imbocylic to ban me for the same thing at the same time, I'm currently comm banned for the insults,
so why and online ban for them as well u see a separate charge?
