    My console [Mod removed] appears to be banned from playing Call of Duty Ghosts online. I contacted Activision and they stated that my gamertag (Agent Bondz) was indeed banned but I should be able to access my other account () according to
    their servers. When I tried doing so it stated that my entire console has been banned, and I was directed to XBOX for console bans. The console is the same as when it was sent back to me from XBOX in 2009 and has been tampered in no way. I'm more than willing
    to send it in to be examined if need be. I don't have logs of my game play nor do I even know how to record my personal game play in the event that I've been accused of using any form of glitch/hack in order to cheat for better stats. My current rank prior
    to ban was around 1500 so I doubt that that would warrant any sort of suspicious activity that would result in my entire console being permanently banned from online gameplay. XBOX policy enforcement team please advise! I would love to remain a happy XBOX
    customer.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support so no one here has access to that information. You would either need to contact them again for an update or post your issue here.

    This was part of an official/formal complaint against a profile. I had to tag the reference ID number and other information. How it all works I'm not entirely sure but every time I tried to apply for a case review the website bounced me back to the home
    page. So after many hours trying to make it work and even trying on a friend's phone, I was told to do this by Support as you can see in the photos.
    Pet doesn't review.forums

    Also should be noted that with unauthorized cases.you do not contact pet and reference numbers have no bearing on their case

    You file an unauthorized access case and tier 3 deals with your issue with the pet team and you must wait to hear from tier 3

    They contact you but there is no time table for the investigation thought been known to be 5-7 sometimes 2 weeks

    However your account in locked while they investigate

    However it should be noted that suspensions do not get removed as you are responsible for your account at all times

    Only cases liken cheater watermark cases the cheater is removed
