Banned from forza 6

I was playing forza motorsport 6 yesterday, driving my noble M600 online no problems at all. Then I came back today to play online again and it gives me the message that my gamertag has been banned from online activities. Could a mod or someone please look
into this. I did nothing wrong and need this unbanned. It's the only game i play online so without it I might as well cancel my xbox live subscription. thanks in advance.

Why did my Forza 6 preorder go live today ??

I was told we where not allowed to play forza 6 until september 15 12:01am but today i got home from work i click the information button about getting a ford car with forza 6 and now forza 6 launches and runs from the link in the store.

What is going on is there something broken???

That is your only option. The Xbox.com forums have nothing to do with Turn 10 and Forza.

 

You must have been reported for some infraction. You have been given your only course of action because no one in these forums can assist with this as it is a Turn 10/Forza issue and even if it was a Live ban it would have to be addressed with the enforcement

Turn 10 has the worst costumer service I have ever seen you won’t get answers form their email your not allowed to discuss bans on the Forza forms the moderators are
[Mod Removed] even the Xbox ambassadors have trouble contacting anyone from Turn 10 to get answers. The reason why you can’t just call Turn 10 like any other game manufacturer is because they ban more people than any other game manufacturer.
I have seen them ban on the average ban 3 to 4 people a day and that’s just for offensive vinyl groups. They try to keep it a secret to how many people get banned because if people really knew the number of people that have been banned by Turn 10 no one would
invest in their business. Their business model of not talking to the costumer base has also allowed the moderators to become corrupt they can pretty much ban anyone they want even when they have done nothing wrong because they know that their bosses won’t
find out about it and if they do they can just lie and makeup something. So in conclusion if you don’t like the way your treated by Turn 10 then there is nothing that you can do but not buy their future products and hope they change their system.

 

Profanity is against the CoC as well ^^^^

@Genesis1953 Ya I went to microsoft customer service after I received that automatic reply from turn10. microsoft directed me to this forum and said the moderators here could help, guess not.

@UrGreatestEnemy Ya those types of practices are bad for business. Seeing how they behave really turns me off to them. And this is coming from someone who owns forza 2, 4, 6, horizon 1 & 2. So I'm a loyal fan of their games. Just never had to try to deal
with them directly, tho. You mentioned vinyl groups. I'm thinking that could have been the cause as I had a livery of a girl scantily dressed. She was not naked, just in a bikini. Not a big deal in my head. It looked cool was all. Only explanation I can come
up with.

In any event, you don't just ban people like that. Remove the livery. Give a warning. Don't shut people out. As you said, if this continues I'm going to not buy their games anymore. They already don't have good sells numbers. Incidents like this could be
a factor. Customer service should be one of the top priorities for any company whos entire livelihood is dependent on people buying their product. I know this for a fact as I work in customer service. You do them wrong, you could lose them forever. Turn10,

Any idea how long bans last? Are the permanent?

 

If it's a vinyl it normally a week for the first offense a month for the second and 20 years for the third that right 20 years killers get less time for murdering people does that really make any sense.

 

Your "warning" is the terms that you agree to when you create the account.

 

And Fryerball I did not use profanity I censored the word also I did not say the moderators banned him I was just stating the facts.
