Banned from Fortnite for nothing :(

I'm not getting anywhere with Epic customer support, they just insist that the ban is justified and they insist I was running some sort of cheat software on my xbox one

I have a standard bought from new console and a standard bought from new controller, the software was download directly from xbox live and I have not modified anything.

I'm furious about it as I am not a cheater and have no intention of cheating and more importantly I don't need to cheat.

I don't believe any such software even exists?

Is there anything I can do? Will Mrosoft stand by thier xbox one security and at least back me up?

Actually I would. Epic has its own suite of systems that monitors gameplay on its servers, just as Microsoft has its suite of systems that monitors Xbox Live, Sony has its suite that monitors PlayStation Network, and Nintendo has its suite that monitors
Switch Online. If Epic hands down a suspension/ban, it is because of a violation of THEIR rules, not anyone else's. When you play a game on Epic's servers, you must follow their terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions state what constitutes an infraction,
what may happen when an infraction occurs, and what recourse the user has in regards to appeals.

Epic doesn't care what service you're using to reach them (Xbox Live, PSN, Switch Online), as long as you follow their own Terms and Conditions. If you've been suspended by Epic, it's because of a violation of those Terms, and those Terms alone. Attempting
to use the rules of the environment you're using to access Epic will not be a defense because Epic isn't concerned with that.

I have tried, I have been trying for a month, I keep getting a scripted reply and called a cheat again in every reply. In less than 3 months my money gone just like that. I want Microsoft to explain to theese tools that there is no software that runs on
xbox without Microsofts consent!!!

Players are not banned for nothing. Again, you apparently broke Epic's Terms of Service, hence your ban from their services.

I have read all the terms and conditions of their service And I have broken none of their rules. their system is broken. pointless talking here as you lot don't know what your talking about, I might as well be talking with the butt hurt kids from fortnite....

There is no way for me to contact Microsoft over this they just point me here, Epic are useless.
