    Basically I was banned for communications for a week for innappropiate comments. I appealed this instantly and after a day they came back and said it was for homophobic comments and if smack talk is used to demean someone it is considered harassment (which
    i dont understand as smack talk is always going to be demeaning as a joke but okay). Also they did not supply evidence with this but the decision to leave me suspended was upheld, however i couldnt comment to ask for evidence. The main reason I'm writing this
    is because my reputation have dropped and i have zero reason why. Im definitely not a homophobic person and just want help to find out what happened. I dont know if this is the right place but i cant find anywhere else

    I got temp banned

    I was banned from communication for 28 hours and im wondering why i was banned. From my side i see no communications between me or anyone else in weeks. I dont use my mic outside of parties with my friend, so there is no reason for
    me to be banned. before this i have had an untouched record with xbox. a flawless account, so im appealing as to why i was banned even temporarily.

    my account was just recently banned from communication. I am banned for a whole week and I don’t know why. Is there any way I can get unbanned or figure out a reason why?

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here would be able to tell you about your suspension. Any information about your suspension would be listed at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com They will not give specifics.

    I endured the exact same ban with no idea why other then other players abused the report option... I honestly feel this is a major reason why Xbox loses players to Playstation because this kind of anti-consumer attitude/action is ridiculous there needs to
    be restrictions placed on the enforcement team just the same as there are on customers that would help resolve several issue like this from happening for no good reason I know a friend was wrongfully reported 13 times by another player my friend got a communication
    ban because of it that other player that reported my friend 13 times spouted racist comments to my friend through messages & as far as I know my friend was banned while that racist person wasn't punished at all..... just saying the poor management of bans
    & enforcement actions have gone on like this for way too long something needs to change & the wrongful bans need to be stopped just saying......
