    I got ban for the second times ... 1 week this time .... I only got 1 message reported over 6 month.

    I'm really tired of this because. I can't respond to player insulting me cause I got banned after its with respect a little bit stupid....

    My account was banned for life.

    im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

    I already see this section and talk to an ambassadors that treat me like a was stupid so ... now I'm trying to get a case review but I got wrong answer on tricky question so I got to try again in 24 hours seriously I'm a xbox player for a long time ago and
    in 1 months got 2 ban for 1 message reported over 6 months ... I'm beginning to think that someone troll me.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. You'll have to wait the 24 hours and retake the questionnaire. That's the only way to contact them.

    it doesn't matter who starts the fight you are still accountable to the terms of use

    You should've used the tools you are givrn block ignore and mute and report if an offence has occured

    Anytime you retaliate in anyway that violates the terms of use you are still liable for punishment regardless who started it

    You shouldnt be getting any of the questions wrong if you use common sense most of the answers are common sense not to mention all included in the code of conduct

    My common answer for toxic/trash talk player that send me message is "ok keyboard warrior" "noob" or something like this it's ridiculous that one message reported over six months get me banned 2 times ... on 24 hours in begin of may and this times 1 week.
    How the enforcement team work to banned me for the same message

    The only place to contact enforcement would be on enforcement.xbox.com but if you don't have a ban listed there try this

    troubleshooter    .

    Also try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and re-adding the account.

    There have been known issues with communications still not working after a communications suspension. However, they should have been resolved. Since you're still having issues, you may want to check this thread -

    check your email thats linked to your account it will say in there what the ban is for and for how long.

    may have gone to junk mail too.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only information about your ban would be what is listed on the enforcement site.
