    ok so i got banned cause of this kid in call of dutyblack ops 3 by the name Damage Redux and he keep on sending me messages saying im trash and reported me it no fair because of this im banned till the 25th from talking to my friend and family and it very
    aggrivating when he was being the bully

    My account was banned for life.

    im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

    Sorry to hear it. First off, it is not allowed to name and shame other gamertags on the forums.

    If you have a suspension you'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action and open a case review with the PET

    The only place to contact enforcement would be on enforcement.xbox.com but if you don't have a ban listed there try this

    troubleshooter    .

    Also try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and re-adding the account.

    BANNED FROM COMMUNICATIONS

    There have been known issues with communications still not working after a communications suspension. However, they should have been resolved. Since you're still having issues, you may want to check this thread -

    check your email thats linked to your account it will say in there what the ban is for and for how long.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only information about your ban would be what is listed on the enforcement site.
