Banned from communication please help!

So I logged on my Xbox today and my friend inv me to a party so I join and my Xbox pulls up a screen saying I have a communication ban so I check Microsoft’s website and I obviously have a ban. The thing is my behavior is good on Xbox I am nice pretty much
all of the time, so I am confused to why I have this ban, please can an employee unban me my GT is .

Log in with your Xbox/Microsoft account, and click the big orange hammer on the left. You can request a detailed explanation of your comm-ban if you are able to submit a case review.

I don't know for sure, but maybe the XBLPET deleted the violating message after they issued your comm-ban. Usual scenarios for comm-bans include profanity over the mic and/or text messages to other players.
