    Banned from Communicating yet i'm not banned?


    I recently came off a ban yesterday morning at 3:30am UK time. I am apparently still banned from communications as i cannot join party's or send messages. Every time i log in it says "Due to a suspension you're currently banned from communications". I spoke
    to a Xbox Ambassador, he told me it shouldn't be like, and that i should contact xbox support directly on the phone. I then clicked the option for them to "Call me back", and i ended up speaking to 4 different people as 3 of them put the phone down on me. The
    4th person was trying to assist me and half way through giving my details and her sorting it out the call apparently "Failed". So i'm sat here STILL banned from all communications and i don't have a clue why. My Enforcement History list has no expiry date
    on my last ban so it is 100% unbanned. Can someone please try to help me or guide me for what to do next, cus this is getting beyond a joke.

    I have been banned 3 days after my other ban has been lifted

    I have been banned once again which I really don't understand because I got banned the first time for communications and now I've been banned from communicating AGAIN although Microsoft have admitted that they have a fault with people communicating after
    the ban has been lifted I'm not able to talk or message anyone so I don't see how it could happen if my communications were still blocked I'm just really confused how I can be banned 3 days after for communicating negative to others when I can't talk or communicate

    It seems this is a common issue starting to arise, keep calling support and complaining. Being banned for doing something against the ToS is one thing, being banned after it has expired is ridiculous.

    Yeah your telling me, it's gone past my ban yet i'm still banned lol. It's pathetic how they don't check these things up, and it annoys me even more how 3 people put the phone down on me. I'm beyond ringing i'm just going to leave it cus i dont want to ring
    them again as i will get very mad it's not something they would like to hear lol.

    There are 2 types of bans

    1. profile level- which means that no matter what console your profile is signed into you would not be able to do what the privileges that were taken away. this would show up as an enforcement action on the website when signed in with the profile that the
    action that was taken against.

    2. console level- which means no matter what profile is signed into the console those privileges that were taken away would not be able to use them. this type would not show up in enforcement because it is a console level ban.

    so if you sign in with a different profile on your console and get the same results that is what the issue is is that it is a console level ban.

    That doesn't make much sense because neither of these options apply. I don't have any active suspensions, the box is greyed out and it only shows past history of bans with no end time. The second option can't apply for me because my bans expired on 10/27
    and I got my new Xbox One X on launch day and the issue still persists. I just need to call support because this is ridiculous.

    A console level ban will not show up on your enforcement history.

    have you tried signing in with another profile on your console besides the one that had the enforcement history with it?
