Banned from chat services for reporting bad under age players

my account was banned in spite for reporting a few bad unsporting players who were trolling lobbies and disrupting the game. Obviously there is a lot of chatting and cursing on GTAV, but you YOURSELF can't curse?! And you can't call out a bad player during
chat due to his or her bad behavior?! That's exactly what happened to me, reporting a bumch of kids, who spitefully reported me and got me banned for a week from xblive services.. Unfair.

i play fair, kids don't know the meaning of fair.. And KIDS BELOW THE AGE OF 18 should not be allowed to play GTAV, they aren't mature enough to understand any of that and it's quite obvious. Please lift my ban, it was unfair and I was trolled by younger
immature players whom didn't like me reporting their bad behavior.

Anyone playing these games under age should be banned from xbox live at least we older players pay for are own games brainless parents should know better than to get these games for children xbox live must have half the players playing under age

Banned from Xbox Live

Call Xbox customer service They'll have a report.

It won't be an exact explanation, but it will fall under a category such as cheating, hacking, abusive chat, etc.

They look into every report (granted it takes time) and the worst offenders do take slightly longer as they build evidence to give a bigger enforcement action but something is always done. Bad language is often quickly given a temporary chat ban, if it is
in a game of a lower age rating it's more likely to result in a temporary chat ban (so minecraft as opposed to Gears of War). Its upsetting when you get an enforcement against you but bad language can offend people too. The more people that report cheaters
and hackers the more likely that account will get permanently disabled

That's up to MS and Activision. MW3 has its own in-game reporting system as well. Report the player(s) from there, too.

Report and block them is your only option, It is far easier for the enforcment team to ban players for sending offensive text messages than it is with party/in game chat.

Abbreviating an offensive word/phrase is against the code of conduct so would get you a ban, It's also not worth reporting the player more than once as in general only 1 report will count from you.
