banned from chat for no reason

I was banned today for "harrasment" and "bullying" even though VS GamerTag738 has been harrasing me ever since i met him and hes been making fun of the way i played and my voice, calling me names like the N word and other racist slurs. I told him to "****
off clingy bitch" because he wont stop leaving me alone and I get banned for that, I'm just tempted to sell my xbox and just quit this, because this is outrageously dumb and I'm done.

I wasn't banned from Xbox chat for no reason I was at school and my account got banned so I was wondering why it was banned

cod nope I am banned from party chats and game chat for some reason I have been in a party with my buds for 2 days no game chat and I get temp banned

I did report him and nothing happened, I blocked him and I still got spammed.

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for spam bans

I suggest you to read the Code of Conduct to avoid further suspensions

I just got the same ban...whole console banned from earning credits. Why, I have no clue. I was playing with my 5 year old son...and suddenly it popped up a notice that the console was banned from earning credits. There is no reason we should have been,
we don't even chat in there except party chat with my friends. : /
