    i was playing for honour beta couple days ago, then i get messages from other players complaining about the way i play so i reply with the same message they sent me which was rude on both parts and yet im the one that's get banned from communicating with
    friends online for a week which is entirelyentirely unfair now i wouldn't post this if it was for 24 hours only but a full week is not fair and im sure the guy who reported my message who also message me in same rude way hasn't been banned, don't get me wrong
    the enforcement team is a good thing but banning one person for one message for a week its not fair I've been Xbox member since the first Xbox was released and I've never been banned for something so minor for a week never mind a day.

    Banned for one week from voice chat

    Don't know how this happens, playing with friends in parties, then between games I get a message saying my account is banned for one week from voice chat. I think someone on my friends list was just playing a joke but how do you get banned from voice chat
    that easy. Playing halo 4 everyday and need voice chat to communicate with teammates. Would like this ban lifted. Have never bothered anyone online in any fashion. Thanks for your time.

    XBox Live Suspension

    Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

    It is a violation of the Code of Conduct to send messages with profanity or other harassing language, even if it's a response to another harassing message. The other person may be in trouble as well, because XBLPET reviews the entire conversation for violations
    of the Conduct.

    OK, in the future if you get a rude message from someone, report them and then block them, job done. In doing that the other persons will likely get banned and you've won. If you "fight fire with fire" then all the person does is report you and you get
    banned.

    So I tried this today thinking that the maximum suspension would be 2 weeks, well it’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t play online games or talk/message other people. Is there such thing as a permanent suspension from chatting or playing online games? Also
    I’m kind of mad considering it was my friend who logged into my account and changed my gamerpic and got me banned.

    Lack of Transparency on the reason for bans

    I recently had a two week ban and what's weird is, I was not given a notice that I'd be banned online from all games for one week. For the first week I was able to play but not communicate then for the final week I was banned out of the blue. Really ridiculous,
    to add insult to injury the ban was lifted hours ago and i still cannot play. Gl to you..
