Banned from Changing my gamer picture

I've been trying to change my picture for a few days and it would say it was changing but it wouldn't ever update to a new picture, i checked enforcement and it says there was a takedown, which was of a picture from a movie, nothing inappropriate or against any rules, literally a picture of woody harrelson, how long am i not allowed to change my picture? it says case review eligibility is expired and shows no end date to the ban.

Usually, that ban for pics that Microsoft consider offensive, lasts from 7 to 14 days.
And yes, unfortunately, theres a time to file a case review. :/

i didn't try to file a case no, when i found out i had the takedown it was 2 days after i had gotten it & it said the time to file a case was expired, there's no end date either so i don't know if I'm permanently banned or what.

Did you try already to file the case review? Indeed, there's a timeframe for you to file it once you got banned. Usually, it could take from 7 to 14 days. :/ Didn't you receive any emails about that ban?

Select your gamer card from the Xbox 360 main menu. Open your profile.

Select Edit Gamer Profile.

Select Gamer Picture.

Select Change Gamer Picture to change your gamer picture to one of the other gamer pictures stored on your system. Choose the picture you want from the list with the "A" button.

When I take a picture using the website, it doesn't actually change the gamerpic used on my profile.
