Banned from changing gamertag?

So today I went on xbox and wanted to see if there were any cool gamertags still available but when I goto customise profile I can customise everything from location to colour but the gamertag section is blanked out and unclickable. Banned from gamertag
changes? And if so then for how long?

I have the gamertag "JHAD EL SALIM" on my xbox one for about 2 months now. I saw a tweet from gamespot that someone got banned on psn for using the gamertag iJihad. Will i get banned on xbox? Please let me know because if i will get banned i want to tell to microsoft that will let me change the gamertag for free again

 

You have to change your gamertag via the axcountnsettings it's not editable from your profike

 

Yes you know on Xbox One when you go to customise and there's a little pencil sign next to your Gamertag

That's the problem then.There is an issue changing your gamertag on your console in the latest build of the dash on the preview program.

You should post in the preview forums here
