I received a notification saying that I was being intolerable or rude online and I find that hard to believe. I spend my time online encouraging others instead of bringing them down while everyone else crap talks. So I would love to know why you guys banned
me from using messaging. Is there anything I can do to bring my reputation up on my account, I want to be known as a good player, not the one you guys are making me look like after this incident.

I can't join parties or message even though my ban has ended

it still doesn't work all of my accounts are banned from using party a and messaging even though there is no current ban

You should have received an email detailing the suspension and it would include the length. If not, you would need to check
http://enforcement.xbox.com and it should list it there.

A bad rep is not an enforcement act is how other players perceive your online behavior. A suspension and a bad rep are not related.

A communication ban can occur from all forms of communication (infact a message in text is easier for them to verify than someone by voice as theres a reciept for them to check).

Like others have already said, the best place to look to check this is the enforcement page

if you receive messages from them you can report the message directly under the message. if you want to block all form of contact then you can block the person via their profile page. the team enforcement team will check the gamerpic before making a decision
they wont just ban you, remove or make you change it without checking first.

Hi there

The best thing to do would be not to send any kind of message that has any form of bad word in it and try to be a friendly as possible when your messaging someone.

Thats also what i was thinking after my current ban. But is that really a solution ? Yesi dont get banned anymore, but it makes me not messaging any one at all probably of how absurd the system behind that is. Typing „bad“ can get you banned, i assume that
was the trigger for the ban in that message.
