Banned from a bs claim of in game threat

i was suspended for 2 weeks for making in game threats that were never made. Had a fellow get really mad and quit, i made a comment to him in text after hearing his voice through my tv.

Immediately i received a chat ban.. fair enough.

3 days later received a ban from live for something i never did.

Because of this i cannot submit a review?

My brother who also has an acc on xbox but prefers ps4 has none of these issues.

Over the course of 10 years this has happened several times. I just sign in and banned after going ham in FPS and receiving a suspension.

I wonder if they ever take into account the amount of negative messages and false complaints the better players receive from just being avoided and blocked because of the skill differences, and decide to follow concrete evidence.

Not suspend somone for 2 weeks that has sent 1 line of negative words that barely qualified as code of conduct as no foul language was used.

hi im ThIsGuYOwnS24 ive had many xboxs my whole life loved it tell now, how could you guys get so caught in rules and regulations. okay so i got banned today for threats and i dont get how its possible when i cant even message people becouse i was banned
for the word ''pussy'' like cmon your letting people roam video games with a ban hammer and i was banned from playing online im gonna invest in a PS4 soon enough... this is bs

 

I have been banned for abuse and threats

I feel like i should not be banned beacuase theres no possible way of sending a threat because I AM already banned from voice communications.

 

also unable to now view and history or details after being suspended, i got a quick notification indicating it was from in game voice, which immediately froze.

I was never able to view that again or ask for review because that was at the time between receiving the message and the suspension having been received in the mean time.

Once you're suspended from live, you cannot have it reviewed unless you can do it under 2 minutes since the message is received and the suspension takes place ?

I'm honestly expecting my suspension to be doubled or life banned since either someone at enforcement is abusing power or they now see me as some of online terrorist lol because of false complaints.

You should be able to submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com if the suspension qualifies.

Unfortunately only an enforcement team member can respond to any specific enforcement actions issued and they do not use the forums.

 

Since there is no help my only suggestion to other gamers this might have happened to is set your privacy to friends only. Which I am now doing as that is the only thing I could do to possibly protect myself as xbox enforcement or support don't offer help
to their loyal customers.

I cannot access the ability to do so as it says im suspended from live.

 

After clicking on the link i was able to view what the complaint was, if anyone was to check into this I did nothing close to what was said I did or have the means or knowledge to do so.

Someone makes a complaint that you harrassed them for hours with only 1 message sent, claims you kicked them from parties with their friends ? And threatens to go to ps4?

Enforcement doesnt even check into these claims and it didnt show if my case is being reviewed as that froze.

I spent $500 this month on xbox games.

I can afford to take my business to ps4.

Everyone who break-the rules and gets report.ed.will.be punished

Their actions have no.reflection on your suspensions suspensions are only about YOUR ACTIONS that's it

Appealing saying he started won't get you anywhere

Own upto your own mistakes

Also.shpuld.be noted second suspensions issued while you were on suspension were probably found during the first suspension stop breaking the rules and the punishments will stop

The terms of use doesn't have a statue of limitations so if you have a long history of vulgarity then time to.stop

Multiple suspensions for.the same thing can lead to a perm ban

Go right ahead make thousand dollars of wasted cash mistake.by changing consoles

Here is another tip

Terms.of.uses are pretty universal

Harassment can be punishments from over time and past history

Consoles.bans are not new Nor are they limited to xbox.live nor are perm bans

You can google .psn bans they do issue harassment bans based on history

And too many of those can result in a complete console.and perm ban
