Banned for xbox live gamerpic?

I got permanitely online banned for my gamerpic which I created my self and it just says Maytrix All black and white so i would really like to know why I got banned and if i could get unbanned.

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

you can go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-CA/home/howTo#sub-topic0-6 and scroll down tell you find who can submit a case review and there should be a thing that says Enforcement
History click that and it should direct you to a new website with all your past ban and current bans and if you like to make a case you can hit the yellow hammer and you can make your case from there

I just realized something, the date now says 12/31/17 here's what it says. Wait is this a permanent ban I'm starting to freak out I just re read it, feel like I'm gonna cry if this is a perm ban.

for some reason this didn't post idk why, but is this a perm ban? I just called, they said mt,console is banned till tomorrow 6:58 PM so ill try tomorrow but that permanent impact: worries me a lot, I'm really freaking out.

The only gamerpics you are allowed to use are the ones that can be purchased through the marketplace or pictures taken with the Xbox Live Vision Cam. Using pictures by any other means would put you at risk for banning.
