Banned for Writing "Idiot" in an 18+ Game

I've just had my account banned for sending a message saying "Idiot" on the game "For Honor", I believe this is an 18+ game so therefore surely curse words should be allowed - and "idiot" is not even a curse word, yet I'm still banned. The enforcement team
have done nothing to help me at all and have not responded to my case review so I am assuming they do not care, is it possible for me to speak to a real human who won't just copy and paste the link for the enforcement team's website? I want to know if I can
do anything to lift this incorrect ban. Thanks.

Hi i've been perma banned on muffinman 347 for writing something my friend would say, "im a hacker yo and ill hack yo acount for 20 doll hairs yo=BB4L ALVERADO". I never recieved a warning and 20 doll hairs? Please unban me. -

Ratings on games are only for the games themselves. Everything done on Live has to remain E for everything. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions so you will need to wait for their response from the case review you submitted. That
is the only way to contact them and the only way your suspension might be lifted.

When did Xbox turn so PG 13? Can't even write Idiot without being punished like a little kid? No wonder people hate this console.

Actually "Modern Warfare 2" was never banned.

The fuss was over the "No Russian" level where you are invited to participate in a terrorist act.

You'd have to be an idiot to not understand what's actually wrong with that and there are many idiots playing not just "COD" games but lots of others too.

The trouble is that many people playing aren't mature enough to be able to see what's wrong with entertaining yourself playing at being a terrorist.

Their only concern is that some authority figure is going to come along and stop them from doing whatever they want to do.

That doesn't mean the game should be banned though.

It's an 18+ game but whenever it get's criticised it seems to be gangs of teenagers who try to come to it's rescue.

According to some searches, that may mean either the market is having issues or you're banned from the transfer market on Fifa 18.
