Banned for WHAT !?

my Xbox account, which I had been using for over 10 years, was hacked and then banned for phishing / theft etc.

in other words for nothing and by injustice.

I contacted XBOX customer service several times, each of which made me wait more than 45 min (EACH), every day to give me a response of less than 10 seconds and very disappointing because there was nothing they could do for my situation. that they have no power over my problem.

What I asked multiple times, to speak to a manager who let me wait to the point that the phone hangs up AUTOMATICALLY after having exceeded 1 hour wait (EVERY TIME). Without any call-back from their parts.

For my part, I am more than convinced that they can fix this INJUSTICE in a few CLICKS.

In this account there are more than a decade of progress and various memories choked Free by XBOX automatons who do not even try to differentiate the true from the false, not to mention the money spent on more than 200 games of which I no longer have access or save, Without forgetting the DLC and purchase of credits in many games.

WHATEVER !!! I'm probably wasting my time writing a novel, because nobody can do ANYTHING for me for? WHAT a change.

I intend to take this story FAR, to JUSTCICE if necessary.

Because in doing so, XBOX is only proving that the people in my situation are just MORE or LESS NUMBERS and nothing else.

that's not how you reward loyalty.

mon compte Xbox que j'utilisais depuis plus de 10 ans, a été piraté puis banni pour hameçonnage / vol etc..

autrement dit pour rien et par injustice.

J'ai contacté plusieurs fois le service client XBOX, qui m'ont chacun fait patienter plus de 45 min (CHACUN), chaque jours pour me donner une réponse de moins de 10 secondes et très décevante car il ne pouvais rien pour ma situation vu qu'ils n'ont aucun pouvoir concernant mon problème.

Ce quoi j'ai demandé de multiples fois, parler un responsable qui me laissait patienter au point que le téléphone ne raccroche AUTOMATIQUEMENT après avoir dépassé 1h d'attente ( CHAQUE FOIS). Sans aucun appel-retour de leurs parts.

De mon coté je suis plus que persuadé qu'ils peuvent arranger cette INJUSTICE en quelque CLICKS.

Dans ce compte il y a plus d'une décennie de progression et souvenirs diverses étouffés Gratuitement par des automates de chez XBOX qui ne cherche même pas différentier le vrai du faux, sans parler de l'argents dépensé pour plus de 200 jeux dont je n'ai plus ni accès ni sauvegarde, Sans oublié les DLC et achat de crédits dans beaucoup de jeu.

BREF !!! je suis surement entrain de perdre mon temps écrire casi un roman, car pour changé personne ne pourra RIEN pour moi.

je compte emmener cette histoire LOIN, jusqu'en JUSTCICE si il le faut.

Car en agissant de la sorte, XBOX ne fait que prouver que les gens dans ma situation ne sont que des CHIFFRES de PLUS ou MOINS et rien d'autre.

ce n'est pas comme ça que l'on récompense la fidélité.
