Banned for what?

    Banned for what?


    Im banned for 2 weeks for NOTHING. Really i did nothing wrong, i read the reasons to be banned, but no one of the reasons have i done. Please microsoft return the ban or say me whats the reason for that im banned.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    Sadly the enforcement team is not reachable through the support forums. You can check your enforcement history here to get more information on the suspension, here:
    Sign in to your Microsoft account . You can also submit a case review for the ban to be lifted and for better understanding of the enforcement
    and why action was taken. Info on how to submit a case review can be found here: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I . I suggest reading the whole page before
    submitting your review.

    THe enforcement team isn't on the forums, so they will not help you here.

    For more info on your ban visit http://enforcement.xbox.com

    You can also submit a case review from there if you feel that the ban was unfair.

    If it's a game specific ban, you would need to contact The Coalition as Microsoft does not handle game specific bans.

    If he's suspended from all games, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     for information

    As stated on all enforcement notices and the
    Enforcement website Supportis not able to provide insight or alterations to any Enforcement action.



    If you are looking for more info on a suspension we suggest reading up on the

    This info will provide explanations as to why an account may have been suspended and what each type of suspension means and which are eligible for a case review.



    Keep in mind that all suspensions are granted after an investigation into the account and are never handed out just for being reported or because of trolls.
