Banned for what? Not given a option to contact enforcement.

I guess im just trying to see if i can get some light shed on my situation from a support team. I was playing on live when all of a sudden i was kicked from live. So i restart my xbox and i still cant stayed signed in very long and my coms have a ban?

I called support after looking at the enforcement page to see if they knew what was going on, which seems that when you ask a question they do not want to answer they just transfer you without letting you know so you get to go through the whole process again.


Well thankfully i was able to talk to a woman that let me know she could not find anything on her systems saying my account was banned and informed me to the enforcement page to do a case review.... well i cannot submit a case review and support cannot help
me. Well there was one thing she was able to bring up, apparently i was banned once a couple weeks ago for 1 day and i was never told about that and never noticed....

The only thing i can think of why i may be banned is because i was play r6siege and was being team killed repeatedly. so i messaged him asking why and kept getting told that he didnt want me on his team and such, well after he killed me again and the proceeded
to die in the game i messaged him that he "dlab'd" he asked what it meant so i told him it stands for "died like a little ****" well apparently he didnt think that repeatedly team killing me was enough and then told me he was reporting me. i asked why since
repeated team killing seems abusive a bit but i was the real abusive person apparently?

thats the only time ever in approx. 4-5 years that i have ever had a problem with getting reported. i received an email the next day and it did not say much besides that i had been reported. that was well over a moth ago and really i did not think that a
word such as "dlab" after repeatedly being team killed would get me banned. i have never been raciest, sexist or vulgar on any message.

So really what im looking for is someone to actually talk to since its apparent that im powerless in this situation and would also like to know why i was apparently banned oct 28-29 and banned again now?

Any communication from actual xbox support would be much appreciated.

My XBOX ONE was banned for no reason!!!

Console bans are never given for "no reason". Console bans are given for severe/multiple violations of the terms of service and code of conduct and are not handed out lightly.

The only people that handle bans/suspensions are the enforcement team. The only way to contact the enforcement team is by filing for a case review.

Console bans are not eligible for case review.

If you want to continue playing online you will need to get another Xbox that has not been console banned. That is your only option.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. They do not give specifics.
