Banned For Verbal Harassment when already in a Communication Ban, cannot appeal

Banned for a month for Verbal Harassment when already in a Communication Ban which meant I couldn't actually speak to anyone verbally, let alone harass them. Have no right to appeal although the ban is for a month - this has been reported as a fault to
Microsoft but literally means no way to progress. Spoke to support who suggested I post on the forums for help?

Can anyone help?

Why was i banned? banned for verbal harassment or what ever ALL I DID WAS SAY GO AWAY to someone who wouldn't stop ramming me on forza horizon 3 and i GET THE BAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! your just thick in the head xbox. and if you say verbal harrasmant
or communication you just dont know what to say

Good job microsoft you banned someone for harassment when they were already banned from communication, time to move to playstation if this ban doesnt get lifted. Have fun losing another customer thats been here since the beginning.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspension. If you are unable to submit a case review, then unfortunately all you can do is wait it out.

I have but it states that I cannot appeal because it's an Ineligible offense, and there is no other means of communicating with people to find out why I was banned and also why I cannot appeal a week ban on my first offense. Clarification on this process
would be great as so it doesn't happen again, but also to be fair and let me learn and appeal the long ban I recieved. Is it normal to ban for a week for loosing ur temper once when people are messaging me to kill myself and harassing me calling me gay ect....
I get dust rated once because a group of individuals harasses me. I assume they all reported me and this is why that occurred? Again idk.

The Account Suspensions forum is filled full with cheaters getting banned. If you suspect someone cheating, file a complaint, block communications if they are verbally harassing you, and move on.

Hey there, most of the communications bans cannot be appealed against.

I feel your pain. I got ban from someone harrassing me, i called him a hillbilly and blocked him. Two days later, communication ban. Two days after that, xbox live ban for 3 weeks for harassment, when I couldnt even communicate. Appealed it, “decision upheld".
Lol its a joke. Anyone can report you nonstop(which I presume was happening from the harrassing guy) and they will ban you just for fun.
