    So this is the Gamerpic i made yesterday and now I am banned for using Gamerpic features????

    Can someone please help? I didn't violate the terms of service at ALL! Although it's only a one day ban, I don't want this on my enforcement history when
    I did NOTHING WRONG!.

    I already contacted customer support and they said "Sorry, if there isn't an option, you can't talk to the enforcement team. So wait until the ban is up." as if that's fair?!

    1 day suspensions aren't eligible for case reviews anyway.

    Yeah I just want to know what actions are in my power? It seems that Microsoft just let the automated system F me over and then all I get is a "our bad, sorry" in return... Do I really have to just wait it out and put up with being falsely enforced?

    By blank avatar, I assume you mean without a face. I have seen one like that and it's easy to do. Go into the Avater Editor and make your avatar bald. In the Avatar Editor is an option to create a gamerpic with your avatar. I believe you know that part already
    because your current gamerpic has your avatar. In the gamerpic creator, simply turn your bald avatar around so that you are taking a pic of the back of his head. There you go, an avatar with no face.
