    Banned for unknown reason and can't apply for case review.


    my account has been banned as of today for 2 weeks. I have no idea as to what has been done to action a ban. I can't apply for a case review although I was told from a chat advisor that I can have my account sorted from an enforcement team which I can't
    even contact. I am annoyed as I speak with family and friends from around the world. It's an Xbox used by my family. I pay a subscription to Xbox to use a service which has been suspended and I can guarantee Xbox wont reduce a payment etc. It has prevented
    me playing games now which I paid for. I would like answer please

    Can't apply for case review

    Hey there -

    If you recently received an Xbox Live Enforcement action on your account regarding Game DVR content, you would have received an email on your Microsoft account attached to your Gamertag.

    Can't apply for case review

    You can't file for a case review regarding a suspension that was decided 12 months before.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you why you were banned.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can log onto the enforcement site to find out.

    Filing a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team

    You pay for a service but you also agree to abide by the ToU/CoC while using that service & you agree that that service will be suspended if you are caught breaking the rules.

    reports are checked, so your ban has a reason. you can try to apply for a case review on enforcement.xbox.com

    Wow okay, that's interesting about a year ago I was playing with a random guy that kept bragging about his underage stash in game chat (Whether or not he was lying & trolling, I am unsure) and I messaged him to stop telling me about it and that he was
    sick and needed help. I reported him never got an update, then within a few days I got a ban for sending that message to that guy. Even though in that message I stated that he is the one talking about it. That message was much clearer then this current one
    since it stated what he had and what he was doing. That's why I assumed it was an algorithm since the key words in that message I used were "child porn" and "your sick and need help". Is there anyway to contact the enforcement team to ask them to update or
    double check their current investigation guidelines/techniques for future cases?
