When you enforce Xbox live CoC please change it to just only blocking communication just like manually blocking INSTEAD OF BLOCKING ME OFF FROM ENTIRE WORLD!!! Please.. If you change this I will not change consoles.

Banned for two weeks

Trash talking can be considered harassment, which is explicitly against the Xbox Code of Conduct. You were banned because you broke the rules; Xbox doesn't care WHY you broke the rules, because as far as they are concerned, you are responsible for your own
actions. The other person was trash-talking you, but you CHOSE to break the rules in response (rather than just report them and then ignore them).

Unfortunately, this is also one of those 'street lessons' that has to be learned; breaking rules because someone else did it first won't give you immunity from the consequences. Sorry about that.

Gamertag is @steveersh, i got banned for two weeks for talking trash to a kid who was talking trash first. Xbox live has become an absolute joke with this. 1. Im playing a game for kids 18 and up, its not for babies who cry to enforcement for people who
are "mean" to them. 2. I have a "Good" player rep and still get banned because one little sissy cant take being made fun of when he starts the convo. Xbox live has become a bunch of little babies crying to enforcement like its their mom just because someone
said something mean. What are those god damn losers going to go cry to someone if someone tells them to go F themselves on the street.

I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account
at https://enforcement.xbox.com

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific
Code of Conduct violation. Read more here

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff

Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity

Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players

Hacking, Modding or Cheating

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

Keep in mind that Windows Games, Steam, Sony/Nintendo etc has also their own version of gaming police team and punishment if caught breaking their respective rules.

You know when you signed up, you agreed to abide by the Code Of Conduct, right. This CoC is legally binding, all online gaming systems have them. It does not matter what game you are playing or what age group a game was originally catered for. Communications
on Xbox Live are rated 'E' for Everyone.

If someone sends you a trash message with offensive words, profanity and name calling, all you need to do is report the message and block communications. You do not need to send a message back that is also against the CoC.

You could have used a word or term that went against the Xbox Live Code fo conduct that you agree to. I've see it happen.

Getting banned for saying F U because randoms let me bleed to death while having all the opportunity to revive me.. Dudes kept on ignoring me bleeding out while running past me so I sent them a simple F U, which could mean fun university...
Banning me from talking to everyone is trash and only should be for the individual that reported me to keep me from bashing their trashy gameplay style.. Congrats on loosing a customer for your terms of service Xbox..
