Banned for trying to help kids

Alright so recently i was perma banned from xbox live not on this account i made this as a smurf for rainbow six siege but i cant post on the forum with my main so here is my story. My friends little brother was scammed on fortnite with the whole sprint
or verison thing and i felt bad he was a little kid who just wanted some V-Bucks so as an attempt to warn other kids i made multiple mock posts of the scam LFGs. And when they people would join i would tell them straight up "hey man these are BS they scam
you and charge it to your phone" and so on alot were people trying to mess with the scammers but i help about a dozen kids warning them bout the scam and i thought alright i did a good job. I reported the scammers i saw or messed with them and then reported
them or if they were little scammers i would say i know a guy who can DDoS you offline forever and scare them **** kind of like scared straight. and i thought i was helping the xbox and fortnite community but when i got home from school the next day i was
perma banned i went to Xbox Enforcement and wrote a case review without thought i was under the presumption it would be like xbox support and we would go back and forth explaining what happened and how i am innocent. It probably didn't help i messaged some
friends trying to be a big shot saying i can hit people offline although i have no f-ing clue how. but i wrote a very brief review but all it was me saying how i'm confused i didn't scam anyone and I've been a xbox live user for 5 years and only ever had
a profile pic change on my record and had a good rating i have contacted support twice asking if i could have a second case review the 1st time they said i cant do anything the the most recent one which was 4 days ago said he will get me another case review
in 24-48 hours and i haven't received anything of the such i have spent thousands and just want to enjoy my games and progress i made my account is SOK xEliteRook please help me i have tweeted at larry and xbox support and it fell of deaf ears. - SOk xEliteRook

I got banned permanently suspension for communication

I got banned for saying the f-word to this kid so I got banned for 2 weeks. Then for no reason got banned permanently suspension. FOR NO REASON PLZZZ HELP ME!!!

 

kid bullying me and mother just bullying me 2

theres this kid bullying me threatning saying he going to kill me over xbox and duplicating Microsoft points and stalking my family calling our house trying to lie so please help me out

this kids mother got involed cause the kid lied to her trying to get me banned they are bullying me and harassing me and said they called cops on me for the same I never said nothing and im sick of being bullyed and this kid made fun of my dead kitten smokey
and said he raped it and wishes I died with it

and he said the cops will aresst me

 

If you already submitted a case review on the enforcement site and the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

so literally nothing i can do any way i can email the enforcement team and get this sorted out because if not this is so screwed

 

Nope. Since you've already submitted a review, that means the enforcement team already investigated your account twice and determined both times that you did something to violate the code of conduct. It doesn't matter if you posted those to help kids, you
still posted something that violates the code of conduct.

 

well i guess thanks for letting me know.... in my opinion that is stupid that they only have one form on communication but what ever i might take a break from xbox for a while, well i hope you have a good rest of your day and help people who can be helped
