    Banned for things I've never done


    I got a new pc a little while back so i switched over to pc for a while and i had someone come over and they wanted to play xbox so i start it up and as i log in it tells me ive been banned until 12/31/9999 and i wasnt to worried about it because i had my
    pc now i want to start playing xbox again so i checked my email and it said i had been banned for trying to get on other peoples accounts and asking for passwords or something like that ive never done that i hadent played in months so im trying to get it unbanned
    because i cant get on any dlc or indie games i bought Gamertag: ThatNakedHobo

    Why am I banned?

    Alright my gamertag Scary got permanently banned and I want answers, it says that I got banned for Account theft, phishing, and/or solicitation when I've never done any of that sort.

    Banned for no reason

    Can someone tell me why I was banned? I haven't even done anything to get a ban, I mean the last thing was a comm ban and that was it. But apparently I've been banned till 8/2/17 for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I never even got a warning. I'd like to
    know why I even got banned in the first place. I follow all the rules and such.

    You need to post in this section:
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     to find out why you were banned. I am sorry, but they will only give you the reason, and I have never seen a ban reversed. They investigate things completely before a ban is carried out.

    If you believe this happened when you were not in control of your account, you can call phone support and have them open an unauthorized access investigation. 800-4MY-XBOX for the US and Canada

    Unfortunately, bans are not lifted for any reason unless it was an unfair ban. Each ban is investigated and are typically 100% accurate. Did you have anything indicating your profile was signed into another Xbox?

    Unfortunately, bans are not lifted for any reason unless it was an unfair ban. Each ban is investigated and are typically 100% accurate. Did you have anything indicating your profile was signed into another Xbox?

    I've never done anything else related in the category such as briefing or trolling, or extortion and threats. I don't make threats. Only insults. And it's quite imbocylic to ban me for the same thing at the same time, I'm currently comm banned for the insults,
    so why and online ban for them as well u see a separate charge?

    Xbox account unfairly banned.

    I have they reviewed it and declined my case appeal. But I never did what I'm accused of and they wrongfully banned me along with 600 others for the same thing for no reason at all. If they don't provide any proof I will be taking legal action against the person that banned me. This is 10 years and over 5 thousand dollars gone instantly for something I've never done.
