Banned for telling someone to [Mod Removed – Profanity] off

Player by the name of [Mod Removed – Personal Information]) was harrassing my friend and i sending her
[Mod Removed – Profanity] remarks and overall creepy behaviour on top of that he started stalking us both in game following us everywhere (fallout76) then he demanded i give him all my money and then threatened to ban me and sure
enough banned few minutes later, any thing i can really do about this?

Two wrongs don’t make a right. You should of both blocked and reported the user in question to allow the enforcement team to access the situation.

If someone was behaving in an inappropriate manner then you should've reported and blocked them, instead of behaving inappropriately yourself. You've been reported by that user and as you mentioned your communication history has words that are not tolerated
and hence you're banned.

 

When someone harass you the only right thing to do is block and report.

Your actions was in violation of the Code of Conduct by what i can see. That is why you where banned. To dispute the ban you will need to contact the enforcement team.

As for preventing any future issue i would suggest you just report and block any players that starts harrasing you etc before you retaliate.

 

You should have blocked and report him instead of messaging inpropriate messages

 

I agree. Blocking and reporting them is better than fighting back.

 

Your action was a violation of the Code of Conduct, as others have said, mute/report/block. If someone wrongly accuses you of something and reports you, Enforcement would review the case and ignore it.

Did you report the other player? The enforcement team relies on other members to submit reports when another player breaks the Code of Conduct.

best thing to do in that situation would be to simply report and block that player, I might even consider not playing that game for a while, or trying to find a different server where that player is not present.
