Banned for talkingg to gf

Ive been banned twice.The first time was understandable butt the second was an invasion of privacy.The back story is that I recently let my gf use my main account to message me. We talk most night and yesterday I got banned for communication abuse (bearing in mind its my GF). I acknowledged that and stopped.. Just now i got
banned instantly for saying the wordd ,and i quote, "pie". I was on about the food then I instantly got an message from "xbox" saying I got banned. Now my gf is angry [b]at Microsoft
[/b](she started messaging me through gmail) bc we both feel like its an invasion of privacy and she said she feels violated that our messages are
bieng checked [b]constantly[/b]. And can I set it so dm's between these two accounts are not filterd (I have access to both) as GDPR says I can ask that my data is processed differently

of service as well. Otherwise, per the terms you agree to when signing up, everything you do on Live, including your messages, must abide by the code of conduct so the enforcement team do have access to those.

my old tag that had gf in it got banned , so i havent been able to get it back. and i was really confused 🤨

Ive got my gf not to bother ordering this for my birthday now. I hope it does get banned and opens fanboys eyes to 'better' games that are out there.

Saying that if it does get banned most the rioters won't have anything to do and will possibly kick off again.....

well i dunno its stupid really i got banned for something thats not in the code of conduit or terms and conditions so technically xbox are in the wrong not me i had my gf's gamer tag and pen's in by bio because i run a custom pen company that make pen's
for businesses and i got banned for it :/
