BANNED FOR SWEARING REALLY XBOX????

really xbox, your punishing people with 14 day bans for swearing now, ive already spoken to uspport and then put a case reveiw up and you STILL ban me? No wodner everyone switches to playsation your failed comapny shoudl not turn on your loyal customers
because trust me we are drying out fast, PLaystaion does not ban peopel for merely saying ONE swear word. Im legit switching to playsation i mean all the crap you do to xbox this just tops it all off for alot of us, look it up, veryoen is angered about this

If they were to ban people for swearing, about 80% of xbl users would be banned. lol

Anything before that is the clearly spelled out rated e rating that is mentioned in the terms of use

The age rating on a game applies to the single player content only.It only means that someone under that age can not buy the game,it does not mean they can not play it it.

The age rating does not apply to the online side,everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone,that includes no swearing,something you agreed to when you started your account.

Freedom of speech does not apply to xbox live

The rules are the same on PSN so you wont get away with it there either.

The length of a suspension is also based on the severity of the offence,not just whether it's a first offence or not.

i already did one and got denied, 14 days for swearing is insane its a load of crap and im so annoyed at xbox enforcemnt for being so hardline
