Banned For Sticking Up For Myself

last nught, I was happily chatting away on one of the Xbox Clubs called The Xbox Community. Out of the blue, an Xbox Live Member (can't remember his Gamertag) started to harrass me, calling me horrible names etc... He was given a warning in the club and
because i was sticking up for myself, I didn't say anything horrible to him but I got banned from the group. I woke up this morning and a message came up on my xbox saying that I have been banned for commmunications. I am sick and tired of people targetting
me just because I am a female gamer. I am not paying Xbox Live to continously get banned. Majority of people report you for nothing. Sort it out.

I was banned while playing a game of fortnite , I had no mic and a guy was talking mad trash so I said he was a [Mod Removed] and that’s all , I was instantly banned minutes later , why do I stay banned ? And how long ? And can you unban me for I was sticking
up for myself and it is not right to ban players for that

I shouldn't be bannded I was backing up for myself I GOT BULLIED so if you think you unbannded everone who never done anything LIKE ME SO UNBANNDED us and bannd them who HAVE DONE STUFF

 

because you aren't recognizing the issue

A if you retaliate in a way that violates the terms of use and it gets reported either by the club or the said person I'm guessing both of you were reported

It doesn't matter what the other person does the ends doesn't justify the means

This is same accross all services including Sony or nintendo

Next time use common sense and report and ignore

They were right in this instance it's not Xbox that needs sorting

Everything you do needs to be rated e for everyone regardless of what is said you report and ignore the tools are there to prevent harassment and you didn't use it

For first punishment it's 24-48 hours ( unless there was multiple instances in which case only longer then 48hours will be case reviewed )take it as a lesson use the tools you are given

Clubs can enforce their own rules as it is a private club

 

False reports have no bearing in your ban

They only get trashbined

In order for a suspensjon to be handed out it is reviewed by one person for accuracy

If false the reports accuracy score ( which affects future reports) drops and it is trashed

if valid it is sent to a team of people depending on priority for review depending on the violation this can be a few hours or a few weeks

Either way it's not just one person's opinion
