Banned for something I didnt do

Alright i need help i recently got banned for 12/31/9999 for marketplace theft i could not of steal anything because i have been hacked and recently started playing so i need help please

I think sending a ticket/e-mail would be better. Or you can try live chat, they got cool operators.

ok waffles, go to: http://enforcement.xbox.com/

and it will say what is wrong. (you will have to sign in)

you can also go to your email that is assigned to your account and see the email.

Depending on the outcome of the steps on that link, you may need to contact Xbox Support via
support.xbox.com/contact-us to open a compromised account case.

Depending on what Xbox support says you may need post a thread in this forums regarding account bans as well:

Please follow the steps provided by WPAK. As only members of the PET have access to information pertaining to LIVE account bans.

I am going to go ahead and lock this up as no further advice can be given here. You would need to make a thread in the account suspension forum, the PET will get back to you there.
